Let's face it, buying carpet then going through the rigmarole of moving all your furniture is never much fun. Thankfully, going through the process with Parrys made it as painless as possible. The sales, measure/quote, with Derek was a good experience. Professional and helpful. Installation and fitting was a relative breeze. As and when we require carpet for the other side of the house, I know where we'll be going.

From calling the advertised number, to Ryan attending our home, measuring our floor space, giving us the quote and an approx timeline of installation..could not be happier ! Ryan is a lovely man.. Then there was Steve..who installed our hybrid flooring...he worked non stop... Highly recommend.... we absolutely LOVE our new flooring !

Thanks to excellent information from Stewart Adams at the Joondalup store we went ahead and had hybrid flooring installed throughout the house. It was laid by a very efficient team with the edging fitted so well that the joins are not visible and they cleaned up so well when they finished laying it. We are so pleased with the end result and anyone visiting say how good it looks with some who are looking to have similar done saying they would use Stewart and the same team. As I am 87 Stewart arranged moving the furniture and it was all put back into place afterwards, thanks to everyone concerned a top job by a top company.

Baldy was very expansive in his advice and focused on my wife and me, ignoring a phone call interruption. He was able to give us a good deal and responded to our emails. He is recommended to enyone seeking to obtain floor coverings of any kind. We will contact Baldy again when choosing floor coverings such a carpets vinyl planks or tiles.

Derek was so helpful, he helped me with a quick quote for our landlord, gave helpful advice, answered my text messages whilst on holiday and took the time to meet with the owner to discuss colours and measure and re-quote. He then made sure the carpets were replaced at short notice so that we could move in with the new carpets already in place. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Derek is an absolute legend, I was highly stressed due to a different companies error with my flooring, he really went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out I’m so grateful! What a wonderful soul!
